Ideal for anyone with a limited range of motion, this class won't ask you to force yourself into positions your body is not ready for. This stretch class is a mix of gentle moving stretches, soft joint articulation, and subtle exercises with a special emphasis on the spine and joints. It is ideal for people who are seeking to improve flexibility and work out aches and pains. It can be useful whether you are rehabilitating from injury or simply looking to improve your general comfort. The class blends aspects of yoga, pilates, Franklin Method, and trigger point release in increase and improve comfort, range of motion, and posture. Back later this spring!
