This gentle, flowing moving stretch class is a mix of gentle yoga, Franklin Method, and Gyrokinesis Method that is great for people who are seeking to improve flexibility and work out aches and pains. It can be useful whether you are rehabilitating from injury or an advanced athlete/dancer looking to take yourself to the next level. The approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements. It is ideal for those challenged by scoliosis and arthritis, among other ailments!
