Bianca's gentle, flowing moving stretch class is a mix of gentle stretches, soft joint articulation, and subtle exercises. It is ideal for people who are seeking to improve flexibility and work out aches and pains. It can be useful whether you are rehabilitating from injury or simply looking to improve your general comfort. The class starts with a series of seated stretches and is set to a soothing soundtrack. Stretch & Strengthen w/ Travis Come join Travis Mason (D.C. & MS Exercise Science) to build your strength and and work out the kinks! This hour long work out will build core strength, target muscle groups that benefit dancer and non-dancers alike, and ends with therapeutic rolling and stretching. Travis has his own chiropractic practice and is always bringing the latest understandings of how the body can perform at its best to help people of all types be stronger and more comfortable in their bodies! Dance Conditioning w/ Karina Dance requires overall physical strength and tone. This all levels, dance conditioning class focuses on muscles that are essential, but not targeted specifically in a regular dance class. This class targets core, legs, arms, shoulders, and overall flexibility. A Pilates-inspired abdominal series to build core strength and awareness and a plank series to build core, arm, and shoulder strength will be regularly included. Class will also include stretches to improve flexibility in legs and feet Saturdays 9:45am
