Shortly after, she discovered mat Pilates and really enjoyed the similarities as well as the added core strength it incorporated. She continued her own practice in both and also became a Pilates and aerobics instructor as well. At 43 now and still teaching all 3 modalities, she believes it's all about a balance of strength and flexibility and keeping our inner body healthy to be able to move freely for the rest of our lives!
Maja Sadikovic first recognized the challenges of traditional meditation, even as an experienced energy practitioner. Her yogic journey began in 2005 with Hatha yoga, evolving into a lifelong path. She trained in vinyasa-yin, yoga Nidra, Ayurvedic bodywork, energy medicine, and sound healing while maintaining a Zazen practice. A classically trained musician, she also integrates herbalism (using Balkan-sourced herbs) and holds certifications in reiki, shinrin-yoku, and entheogenic ceremonies. As a Munay-Ki Shaman and MBSR practitioner, she blends mind-body-spirit wisdom to create accessible, transformative meditation experiences.
